Mathematical errors are a common cause of morbidity and mortality in medicine. This session will help the veterinary practitioner feel more confident in their math skills

  • 1. Understand why "one size fits all" may lead to drug errors in veterinary medicine
  • 2. Practice mathematical skills pertinent to the veterinary medicine including drug conversions, dealing with percentages and seeing up constant rate infusions
